Orange-Pineapple-Apple
and Ginger Juice: serves 2
4 oranges
3 apples
1/4 pineapple
1 piece ginger root

Apple-Beet-Ginger-Lime
Blast: Serves 2
3-4 organic apples, washed and cored (Fuji, Pink
Lady, Heirloom varieties, Jonagold, etc.) remove pit, and squeeze a little fresh lime juice on
1-2 inch long piece of ginger root, or more, for a
super blast! top, and sprinkle with a touch of Himalayan salt.
1 small beet, scrubbed
Beet leaves, if fresh
2 limes, peeled
Juice and drink immediately. Enjoy!
Carrot Juice: Serves 2
Whip up a cup of hearty golden/orange carrot juice,
so good for the eyes.
12 carrots, depending on size, well scrubbed
Juice, and drink immediately.
Variation: Adding in celery or other greens such
as kale, spinach, or dandelion greens, will balance Apples with Tahini-Ginger,
the sugars from the carrots, add complex flavors,
minerals, vitamins, and more. or Tahini-Curry sauce

Avocado with lime juice 1/4 cup tahini
The easiest of snacks. Simply cut an avocado in half, 14 cup pure water
