Take some time to make healthy snacks or a light
meal to keep energy high. A slice or two of avocado,
an apple, some freshly made juice, a glass of hemp
seed or almond milk, is often all that’s needed.
Snacking can be simple, or more involved, depending
on how much time you have, and your mood. These
kinds of snacks actually aid in health, and won’t
undermine it because they’re made with whole foods,
so all the vitality is there. These are great for the
whole family too!
Full Spectrum Seed Milk
This is a super nutritional, full spectrum, blended
seed milk made from pumpkin, sunflower, sesame,
and hemp seeds, that combine to create a protein-rich,
filling, and soothing drink. The first time we included
it in a smoothie, we could feel its strength and power!
2 to 3 cups pure water liver; parsley is good for the eyes; and kale brings an
