Cranberry-Orange Chutney Sauce








































Thanks to our friend, Charm Miller-Davis, who gave 1 orange, peeled, de-seeded, and chopped
us this recipe that we’re sharing with her blessing, 24 raisins
we now have a delicious Cranberry Chutney Sauce 2 tablespoons honey
to make and enjoy. These healthy, tart berries can be 1-2 teaspoons super finely grated ginger root (skin
eaten in many ways—in juice with apples and pears, removed)
as a beautiful holiday sauce, as a topping for a light 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
dessert of sliced pears, or as shown, on top of apples 2 shakes clove
to make an appetizer. About the Chutney Sauce on
top of pears, Rex says, “It’s hard to describe how Pulse ingredients in food processor to desired texture.

Apple Chutney

Cranberries have Vitamin C, fiber, and are a powerful Appetizers
antioxidant.
1/8 cup Cranberry-Orange Chutney Sauce
Ingredients: makes 1 and 1/2 cups 1 Fuji apple
1 cup cranberries, rinsed and drained Wash apple. Pat dry. Make 1/8th inch slices. Cut
