Mile High Dinner Salad


















































Mineral-rich greens, succulent pears, and creamy 12 raisins
avocados, are piled high and garnished with a sprinkle 2 tablespoons finely sliced green onion
of sesame seeds, and a few sweet raisins. This creates Juice of 1 orange (depending on juiciness)
a full spectrum of tastes and textures to enjoy while Sprinkle of sesame seeds
eating. Use a mold to construct your salad for a
beautiful presentation for special occasions. Directions
To construct this salad I used a 4 cup Pyrex measuring
Ingredients: 2 large dinner salads cup, but a bowl would also work.
4 cups greens, thinly sliced (romaine, butter Put sliced pears, avocado slices, walnuts, raisins, and
lettuce, spinach, etc.) green onions in first.
1 pear, sliced Add the greens.
8 slices avocado Place a dinner plate on top of the mold and turn it
8 walnut halves upside down.
