Herbed Balsamic Dressing
4 tablespoons filtered water
4 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, or basil, minced
1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Tiny pinch of Himalayan salt, optional
Blend ingredients until velvety smooth.
