A Moment of Creation

Out of the darkness of the night in an awakened dream, I heard a voice saying,
Now is the perfect time to watch an atom materialize.

Emerging out of seeming nothingness,
hanging suspended in the softest environment of a darkened void,

living energy came forth like liquid gold—
a diffused globe of glowing light, spreading out spherically.

Soon, appearing around the light in an instantaneous manifestation
a familiar form took shape—a being I know, my husband—
outlined as a three dimensional matrix of blue light.
This became the natural extension of the glowing orb.

The illumination rested within his body in perfect balance and profound stillness,

without the disturbances that often arise from thoughts or emotions,
or even from the breath.

I wondered at the meaning of the materialization.
Was this a singular atom coming into his body in an act of life sustaining itself?
Or perhaps this was Soul returning from Its journey in the higher realms.
Or was this the onset of a spiritual awakening that was beginning to occur

in that very moment?

These questions melted into an inner knowing
that I had witnessed a pure atom in a moment of creation
emerging from the heart of God.
