![]() It's so easy to love others, and often times not so easy to love myself. My faults glare up within and I know, only too well, what those shortcomings may be. ![]() Yet love is the shining light, the ultimate healer, which bathes us in the most beautiful balm; it's the secret ingredient that enters into every aspect of our life. Whether it's through the food we prepare, taking the dog for a walk, or in the simple acts of cleaning the house or washing the dishes, it matters not—love is. ![]() Love moves from the inside out, and is given freely—it's a circular practice that ever widens.
